The AI Immersion Lab

Since June 2025 I have rebuilt everything I do on AI, and I manage it the way I managed my teams.

I give it clear direction and a queue of work, thousands of tickets, and it picks them up and finishes them when I'm not at my desk.

The lab is three days. You bring the business. You leave leading AI the way you lead your team.

Put me on the list

AI convinced me the consulting work I was doing had a limited shelf life. We sold our consulting firm seven months later.

I spent 28 years in consulting. Twenty of those were at AECOM, where I left as a Vice President who led the Canadian environmental business and its 700 consultants. In 2021 I was CEO and part of the founding team at Avaanz, a consulting firm.

In June 2025 I built my first AI app in a Starbucks. Work that would take forty to eighty hours ran in fifteen to thirty minutes. I went back to the founders and told them what I had seen. We agreed the time to sell was now, and SLR acquired Avaanz in February 2026.

What you need

You need a laptop you can give AI full access to and a paid AI subscription.

Who shouldn't come

I have no interest in convincing anybody that they should adapt to AI. If you're waiting on the sidelines, this isn't for you.

AI will not go and find your new business, write the responses, answer the questions, and get to contract on its own. If that's what you want, you will be disappointed.

It takes three full days. If you can't commit to all three, wait for a different format.

Waiting list

Nothing is scheduled yet. When the next lab has a date, I will email you.

Where would you do this?

I read every email that comes in. I only use your address to tell you about the labs, and to sell to digital marketing firms that target high net worth individuals.
